Indian actress Shruti Haasan expressed her frustration after facing a four-hour delay with IndiGo Airlines without any prior notification. Shruti took to social media to call out the airline’s lack of communication, saying passengers deserved timely updates in case of delays.

The actress, along with others, was left waiting at the airport for four hours with no information provided. In a post on X, she wrote, “Hey, I’m not one to normally complain, but @IndiGo6E, you really outdid yourselves with the chaos today. We’ve been stranded at the airport with no information for the past four hours. Maybe find a better way to assist your passengers? Information, courtesy, and clarity are essential.”

Her post quickly gained attention on social media, prompting a response from IndiGo’s customer service. They explained that the delay was due to weather conditions in Mumbai, which impacted the aircraft’s arrival, and apologized for the inconvenience caused.
